Our IMPERIAL CHOCOLATE STOUT is rich and warming, a perfect complement to cold winter nights. Deep black in colour, it’s brewed with four malt varieties, hops from the Pacific Northwest and organic, fair-trade chocolate from Rogers’ Chocolates.

TASTING NOTES

Mellow hop bitterness combines with roast malt, cocoa and coffee flavours to give the impression of a bittersweet mocha.

FOOD PAIRINGS

Pairs well with holiday favourites like ginger bread or fruit cake but might be best served on its own as dessert.
