Today Vern is continuing to brew our next Limited Release – Saison. We are very excited for this brew as Saison’s were considered an “endangered” style not too long ago. This brew has a fruity characteristic with lower hops and a light malt flavour. Saison is the French word for “season” and were traditionally brewed during the late summer harvest for thirsty farmers. Originating in Wallonia, the French speaking region of Belgium, Saison’s were typically brewed by farms and households for their own consumptions. Look for this new brew around Mid – August. I promise I will let you know when it will be available in stores.
